The doctoral program shaped how I approach research and complex problems by strengthening my understanding of scientific methods, analytical thinking, and critical evaluation of evidence. I use these skills as a Labour Market Analyst at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, contributing to evidence-based policymaking. I also apply them as host of the Czech economics podcast Škrty, where I make complex research accessible, discuss the latest economic findings, and show that even a regression table can make decent podcast material.
